We use Zoom as our Telehealth portal.
An Email will be sent out as a reminder of your appointment date & time, it will include the zoom link.
Please fill out the mood sheet and any other forms PRIOR to your appointment and send to email@example.com
Click on the zoom link provided in the email sent, LAUNCH meeting(you can use the app OR click on the "use web browser" button. You must allow zoom permission to use audio and video on your device.
You will be sent to our virtual waiting room, use this time to test your audio and video settings.
You will be invited into the room at the time of your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS can run overtime, we will try our best to communicate with you. If it is 10 minutes past your appointment time and you have not been able to connect please give us a call.

We at Compass Rose do our best to value your time and uphold your appointments. We ask our patients to do the same.
If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so 24 hours in advance.
No shows are subject to a $50 fee as stated in our forms.
For prescription refills please call your pharmacy. For Controlled substances you may either send a message via patient portal or give us a call. Please allow 48 hours to process and remember we are not available on weekends or Holidays
