If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so 24 hours in advance.
No-shows are subject to a $50 fee as stated in our forms.
We understand life happens. IF on the day of your appointment, something comes up and you can't make it, please contact the OFFICE number 520-657-1338
For prescription refills please call your pharmacy. For Controlled substances, you may either send a message to Robin via Patient Portal or give us a call on either the office or appointment line.
Please allow 48 hours to process.
All requests will be handled at the end of the business day.
Remember: We are closed Friday-Sunday and all Major holidays.
All new patients, in Oregon and Arizona, will need a referral from your Primary Care Provider.
Upon scheduling your appointment, we will invite you to join PATIENT ALLY. This is required prior to your first appointment.
Intake forms and Mood Sheets can be found on Patient Ally. All forms must be filled and signed PRIOR to your appointment.

Patient Ally is our portal for communication with patients. It is the BEST way to contact Robin Directly. Please, utilize this site as much as possible.
Patient Ally is required for ALL patients prior to their first appointment

Each follow-up appointment requires a Mood Sheet to be filled out, this can also be found on Patient Ally.
We send updates and messages to our patients using Patient Ally
Patients can reach out to us about medication questions, refill requests, and updates on the treatment plans.
Patient Ally is HIPPA-compliant and completely secure. Only Robin and her trusted staff have access.
